Case Study

A major insurance broker was using one floor of their office complex for nothing but file storage. These files were mostly long term i.e up to 35 years ,but some needed retrieval for further work at unspecified or unknown future dates. Hamstore trained the office junior in what was needed to index the files so that the Hamstore barcode system could be used as well as their own referencing system. All the boxed files were then transferred to the Hamstore premises and now the client has 8 productive members of staff in an area that previously was only used for storage and employ our retrieval system to have files delivered in as little as one hour.
